RNA Sequencing (RNA-Seq) is the sequencing and analysis of transcriptomes. The main purpose RNA-Seq to find out presence quantity in an experimental sample under a specific condition. Essentially, raw sequence data was massive. It can be as big hundreds Gigabytes (GB). This massive always makes processing time become longer take several days. A multicore processor speed up program by separating tasks running tasks’ errands concurrently. Hence, will suitable choice overcome this problem. Therefore, study aims use Intel improve analyze analysis's performance with multiprocessor. only processed from quality control until sorted BAM (Binary Alignment/Map) file content. Three different sizes paired end has been used make comparison. final experiment results showed that implementation on could achieve higher speedup. total largest size (66.3 Megabytes) decreased 317.638 seconds 211.916 seconds. reduced 105 near 2 minutes.
